Take notice that an application for a Letter of Interpretation (Footprint of Disturbance) pursuant to the New Jersey Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7A et seq., has been/will be submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Use Regulation, for the site described below:

Description of Proposed Activity: The applicant is seeking a Letter of Interpretation (Footprint of Disturbance) to delineate the presence or absence of freshwater wetlands, State open waters, and transition areas within the proposed footprint of disturbance on the above-referenced commercial property. The footprint encompasses all proposed site disturbance, including clearing, grading, and erosion control measures.

Written comments and any information concerning the proposed development and site may be submitted within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice to:
