LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE FOR CONSTRUCTION This is to inform interested parties that Oakmont Development intends to file a Notice of Intent with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction and land disturbing activities for the Mason Ridge project. The project is located on a 37-acre parcel of land in the NE ¼ of Section 12; Township 20 North; Range 9 East; Northwest of the intersection of North Morrison Road and West Jackson Street, Mount Pleasant Township, Delaware County, Muncie Indiana. The project involves erosion control, clearing, grading, utility infrastructure, building construction, concrete curb, asphalt paving, landscaping and other activities associated with development of residential houses. The receiving water for the project is York Prairie Creek. The project will be monitored during construction by the City of Muncie MS4.
