NOTICE OF HEARING – APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 9, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Borough of Metuchen Zoning Board of Adjustment at Borough Hall, 500 Main Street, Metuchen, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned.
The subject property is located at 12 West Walnut Street, also known as Block 158, Lots 145 and 146, on the official Tax Map of the Borough of Metuchen, in the R-2 Residential Zone.
The applicant seeks relief from the following sections of the Borough Code:
• Section 110-112.4B – Patio located in the front yard
• Section 110-112.6A – Location of accessory building
• Section 110-112.7C – Garage characteristics
The property is currently improved with a single-family dwelling and will continue to be used as such. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any interested party may appear at the hearing, either in person or by attorney, and present any objections or comments with respect to this application. All maps, plans, and documents relating to this application are on file and available for public inspection at the Office of Planning and Zoning, Borough Hall, 500 Main Street, Metuchen, New Jersey, during normal business hours, or may be viewed on the Borough's website.
