LEGAL NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTION Ordinance No. 2025-7 of the Borough of Pemberton NOTICE is hereby given that the above Ordinance was introduced on first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Pemberton, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, held in the municipal building on November 17, 2025, and the same came up for final passage at a meeting of the said Borough Council on December 15, 2025, at which time, after persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard concerning said ordinance, the same was passed and will be in full force in the Borough according to law. ORDINANCE NO. 2025-7 ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF PEMBERTON AMENDING BOROUGH CODE CHAPTER 90 "ELECTRIC" SECTION 90-2 "CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE CHARGE" SUBSECTION A "MAINTENANCE CHARGE" WHEREAS, the Borough Council of the Borough of Pemberton wishes to amend Chapter 90-2 section A. to increase the maintenance charge from $7.00 to a rate not to exceed $9.00 a month to approximate the cost to the Borough to provide the electric service. BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Borough Council of the Borough of Pemberton, County of Burlington, that effective December 31, 2025, Borough Code § 90-2 A is amended to provide that the maintenance charge to all users for which each user shall pay a base charge of a rate not to exceed $9.00 per month.
