LEGAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPEAR BEFORE THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTEMENT SAYREVILLE
An application requesting development approval has been filed by Michele Stabile for 33 Elm Terr Block No 32-G Lot No 29. The applicant seeks the following:
Proposed 12x24 shed exceeds max allowance accessory structure. 150 sf max and 288 sf proposed. R-5 Zone.
Proposed 12x24 shed exceeds max allowed total lot building coverage. 20% max and 24% proposed. R-5 Zone.
Proposed 12x24 shed excees max total lot impervious coverage. 45% max and 46% proposed. R-5 Zone.
The applicant may also seek any other such variances and waivers may be required. The Sayrveille Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing on the application to be held on 6/24/26 at 7:30pm in Borough Hall. The application may be reviewed in the Board Secretary's Office in the Sayreville Construction Office, 49 Dolan Street, Sayreville, NJ, during the ten (10) days prior to meeting. This notice is being published at the direction of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
