LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE BOARD TOWNSHIP OF BLAIRSTOWN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 19th day of January, 2026, at the Township of Blairstown Municipal Building, 106 Route 94, Blairstown, New Jersey, the Land Use Board of the Township of Blairstown will hold a Hearing on the application of the undersigned, County of Warren. At such time and place, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. The premises in question is located at Block 1501, Lot 20.03, and more commonly known as (address) 4 Lambert Road, Blairstown, New Jersey. The applicant is seeking permission to install ground-mounted solar energy collection panels in connection with a Solar System Project for the newly constructed Catherine Dickson Hofman Branch of the Warren County Library System on the subject premises. Accordingly, the County of Warren is respectfully submitting this application to the Township Land Use Board pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-31 for courtesy review and for preliminary and final site plan approval, along with all other necessary variances and waivers, in connection with the proposed capital improvements to the Catherine Dickson Hofman Branch on the subject premises. This application does not contemplate any change in the existing use or to the existing structure. A copy of the application and documents relating thereto are on file at the Municipal Building and can be reviewed with the Land Use Board Secretary between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., from Monday through Thursday. Any interested party wishing to be heard may appear at said hearing and present or express any objection or support that they may have concerning the granting of this application.
