LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1202.02 and 1203.13 of the City of Hudson Land Development Code of the City of Hudson, Ohio, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 10th, 2025, 7:30 p.m. in the meeting room of Town Hall, 27 East Main Street, Hudson, OH 44236 to consider Case no. 2025-1378, a proposed Text Amendment request to establish Section 1206.07 within the City of Hudson Land Development Code. The amendment is regarding the transfer of land where a Conditional Use permit has recently been issued.
The applicant is the City of Hudson. A copy of the application is on file in the Department of Community Development Office of the City of Hudson, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, Ohio 44236, and is available for public inspection either in person or sent via e-mail.
