Overhang is not classified as a permitted projection. (110.110) There is an existing roof above walkout basement door. I want to construct wall aroundthe exposed steps enclosure and extend roof to cover all the exposed steps to the basement door and put another door at the 1st entrance step for safety and security of my family and visitors, so they have safe and secure access to the basement. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the subject site is located at 152 Central Ave, Metuchen NJ 08840 and designated as Block 84, Lot(s) 26 as shown on the Borough Tax Map, located in the R-2 zoning district.
