LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF WEST MILFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, October 28, at 7:00 p.m., in the main meeting room of the Town Hall, located at 1480 Union Valley Road, West Milford, NJ 07480, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of West Milford ("Board") will hold a public hearing at which B&B Organic Waste Recycling LLC ("Applicant") will request the extension of previously granted approvals of site plans and variances and the potential re-allocation of escrow monies. The property includes a proposed garden center and organic recycling facility for the property located at 280 Marshall Hill Road, West Milford, New Jersey 07480, and designated on the West Milford Tax Maps as Block 6002, Lot 29 ("Property"). The Property is located in the LMI Limited Manufacturing and Industrial Zoning District. At the hearing, all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. You may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney and present any objections or comments that you may have to the Application.
