ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMORIALIZATION
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Lodi Zoning Board of Adjustment did, at their regularly scheduled meeting of May 20, 2026, approve the application of Mr. and Mrs. Hoti, application No. 10072025Z, for variations from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the removal of a single family dwelling to construct a 2-family side by side duplex with a non-conforming lot depth of 95.00 feet where 100 feet is required, and a lot area of 7,379 sf where a 7,500 sf lot is required in the R-2 Zone on the property commonly known as 16 Savoie St, Lodi, NJ,, Block 260, Lot 75. The Board shall memorialize this decision along with any conditions of resolution at their next regularly scheduled public meeting on July 15, 2026 to be held in the Municipal Chambers located in Borough Hall, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, N.J.
