LEGAL NOTICE OF VOTING LOCATION CHANGES BUNCOMBE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 163-128, the Buncombe County Board of Elections adopted eight resolutions on December 9, 2025 and January 6, 2026, which changes the below voting locations of eight precincts. Precinct 4.1 changes from North Asheville Community Center, 37 E Larchmont Rd, Asheville, NC 28804 to Claxton Elementary School, 241 Merrimon Ave, Asheville, NC 28801. Precinct 26.1 changes from St George's Episcopal Church, 1 School Rd, Asheville, NC 28806 to Malvern Hills Presbyterian, 2 Bear Creek, Asheville, NC 28806. Precinct 27.2 changes from Beaverdam Fire Department, 450 Beaverdam Rd, Asheville, NC 28804 to North Asheville Library, 1030 Merrimon Ave, Asheville, NC 28804. Precinct 34.1 changes from Lakeview Senior Center, 401 Laurel Circle Dr, Black Mountain, NC 28711 to Black Mountain Library, 105 N Dougherty St, Black Mountain, NC 28711. Precinct 35.1 changes from Black Mountain Montessori, 101 Carver Ave, Black Mountain, NC 28711 to St. James Episcopal Church, 424 W State St, Black Mountain, NC 28711. Precinct 57.1 changes from Emmas Grove Baptist Church, 417 Emmas Grove Rd, Fletcher, NC 28732 to Cane Creek Community Center, 1370 Cane Creek Rd, Fletcher, NC 28732. No later than 30 days prior to the primary election, the Buncombe County Board of Elections will mail a notice of these voting location changes to each registered voter in 4.1, 26.1, 27.2, 34.1, 35.1, 41.1, 60.2, and 57.1.
