The applicants seek C-1 and C-2 variance relief for proposed building coverage for 33.72%/2.569.96 square feet (including hose, porch, pergola, and deck) when the maximum permitted is 30%/2,286 square feet. Work will include the removal of the existing back porch, installation of a 399 square foot deck with a louvered pergola on the right side (20' x 12'), removal of the existing 269 square foot patio, and installation of a new 333 square foot ground-level patio. All work will be done on the rear of a single-family home.
