LEGAL NOTICE ORRVILLE CITY COUNCIL 2026 BUDGET SPECIAL MEETING Orrville City Council will hold a special meeting on March 9, 2026, at approximately 7:00pm, or immediately following the regularly scheduled 6:30 pm Utility Board meeting, regarding the second reading of the 2026 budget legislation. Resolution 4-26; A Resolution to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Orrville, State of Ohio, during the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2026, and declaring an Emergency. A budget workshop will be held immediately after the special meeting. The documents will be available for public inspection at the Finance office. The meeting will be held in Council Chambers located at Orrville City Hall, 207 N. Main Street, Orrville, Ohio.
