LEGAL NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) IT SUPPORT & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Commissioners of Fire District No. 1 Franklin Township · Somerset County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Franklin Township Fire District No. 1, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to support and secure the existing technology systems (hardware, network and data) for Fire District No. 1. Copies of the RFP may be obtained at the District Office, 370 Campus Drive, Suite 102, Somerset, NJ 08873, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or by emailing the District Administrator at glambertz@ftfd1.com. No Proposals will be accepted after the designated date and time. STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS: Vendors must comply with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.), Affirmative Action Rules (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.), the New Jersey Business Registration Law (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44), the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. §12101 et seq.), and the New Jersey Pay-to-Play requirements (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.).
