LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Valhalla Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) Services for the 2026-2027 school year. For Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) Services RFP# 01-2026 Request for proposal specifications may be obtained at the Central Administration Office of the Valhalla Union Free School District, 316 Columbus Avenue, beginning 22nd day of May, 2026, during the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. For an electronic copy please email Miriam Dobbs at mdobbs@valhallaschools.org. Sealed proposals will be received until 1:30 PM, June 2, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly at the above address. Any proposals received after this time will be returned unopened. The Valhalla Union Free School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in the RFP process, or to accept any proposal by any proposer which it feels will be in the best interest of the District.
