LEGAL NOTICE RFP # 16-25 - FIRE CAPTAIN – SUPPRESSION PROMOTIONAL ASSESSEMENT CENTER & WRITTEN EXAM The City of Peoria, Illinois is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a Fire Captain promotional testing for the Fire Department. The examination is to be administered beginning in May 2026 with the final written results communicated to the City of Peoria by August 2026 with the following components: Fire Suppression Captain Promotional Examination Assessment CenterWritten Examination The City of Peoria will accept sealed bids at City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, or electronically submitted bids until 2:00 PM March 12, 2026. The public is allowed to attend the opening in person. To view the Bid Opening remotely a link will be provided through the BidNet portal shortly before the scheduled bid opening.
