LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Stanford will hold a public hearing for a variance, on the application of Kasselman Solar LLC & Bill Williams for the approval of an area variance for 6498 Route 82, Standfordville 12581 (Tax ID# 6769-00-646100). The application seeks relief for the front yard placement of a ground mounted solar array. THE HEARING will be held at 7:30 pm on Wednesday 9/10/25 at the Town Hall, 26 Town Hall Road, Stanfordville, NY 12581 and at any adjourned date, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
