PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Sebastian Witkowski (Applicant), Contract Purchaser of Block 102, Lots 18, 18.01 and (a portion of 18.02) on the Freehold Township Tax Map, known as 371, 377 and 381 Monmouth Road, said property located in the R-80 zone, has applied to the Freehold Township Planning Board for the following relief: sub-division to consolidate three (3) existing lots (18, 18.01 & 18.02) to move boundary lines to create two (2) fully conforming lots on the property in order to construct a single family residence on the newly created lot and for such other variances or waivers or other relief as the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate.
A public hearing on this application will be held at the Freehold Township Municipal Building, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey at 7:00 p.m. on September 18, 2025, at which time members of the public may heard. A copy of the application and plans are on file in the office of the Planning Board for public inspection during business hours.
