LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT a Regular Meeting of the Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will be held at 926 S. San Pedro St., Las Cruces, NM, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the MVPHA Board meeting room. The agenda includes the approval of the minutes of the Regular BOC meeting held on August 19, 2025. Resolution 2025-19; A Resolution for the Adoption of the New Mexico revised Utility Allowance Schedules for the Housing Choice Voucher and the Public Housing Programs, Resolution 2025-20; A Resolution approving a Disposition Application for the Disposition of a Non-Dwelling, Non-Residential Property at the Central Office Located at the San Pedro Public Housing Community, and Resolution 2025-21; A resolution to amend the MVPHA Administrative Plan with the Effective date of the Fair Market Rents in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. The Agenda includes an Executive Session; Closed Meeting to the pursuant to §10-15-1 (H) (7) NMSA 1978 to discuss attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or pending litigation.
