LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FISCAL AFFAIRS OF THE GENESEE VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL for the period beginning on July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2025 have been examined by the accounting firm of Buffamante, Whipple, Buttafaro, P.C. and that the report of examination prepared by the accounting firm of Buffamante, Whipple, Buttafaro, P.C. has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to section thirty-five of the General Municipal Law, the Governing Board of the Genesee Valley Central School, may, in its discretion, prepare a written response to the report of examination prepared by the accounting firm of Buffamante, Whipple, Buttafaro, P.C. and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons not later than December 9, 2025.
