LEGAL NOTICE The Public Safety and Corrections Committee of the Steuben County Legislature and the Steuben County Sheriff will receive competitive sealed bids per specifications for Countertop Replacement in Jail Booking Department; document #GC-25-028-B2. Bid documents are available at the Purchasing Department, 3 East Pulteney Square, Bath, New York. Telephone number: 607-664-2484. These documents are also available on the Steuben County website at www.steubencountyny.gov. Non-mandatory pre-proposal site visits are available from 10:00am – 2:00pm on October 20, 27, November 3 and November 10, 2025, at the Steuben County Public Safety Building (PSB), 7007 Rumsey St. Extension, Bath NY. Upon arrival at the PSB, ask for Lt. Wetherby or Todd Conrad, Maintenance. No other site visit is scheduled. Interested parties assume all responsibility to acquire bid information and forms. Bids will be received at the Purchasing Department until 1:30 P.M. local time on November 20, 2025, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read.
