LEGAL NOTICE The Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio, will accept sealed bids on or before 2:00 PM local time on Friday, November 21, 2025, for the: HEARTLAND TRAIL PHASE 4A PROJECT To request copies of the Invitation to Bid (ITB), send a written request via email to: Andrew Jones, Assistant County Engineer, at adj@wayne-county-engineer.com Complete detail for this Project can be found online here: https://www.wayneohio.org/legal-notices/ All questions must be submitted via email to the individual named above. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. Bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their Proposal AND a complete copy of the Proposal on a USB in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked: BID FOR HEARTLAND TRAIL PHASE 4A PROJECT. All forms provided in the ITB are to be completed in entirety. Physical copies of the bid submission are to be submitted in person or via mail to: The Board of County Commissioners, 428 West Liberty Street, Lower Level, Wooster, Ohio 44691 All bids must include a Bid Guaranty. Prevailing Wage rates apply to this project. Any bid not received at or before 2:00 PM local time on Friday, November 21 will be disqualified. Bids received on time will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Meeting Room (Upper Level) of the Wayne County Administration Building, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
