Begin at a point which is the Southeast corner of the said Lot 48, thence West along the South line of said Lot 48 a distance of 39.59 feet to a point; thence North 42° 10.07' West a distance of 56.69 feet to a point on the North line of Lot 48; thence East along the North line of Lot 48 to the Northeast corner of said lot, a distance of 70.64 feet; thence South along the East line of said Lot 48 a distance of 38 feet back to the Point of Beginning, having a municipal address of 1122 Vaughn Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 Geo# 181332-008-0064.
