LEGAL NOTICE
The Board of Directors of the Educational Services Commission of Morris County is soliciting sealed bids for coordinated pupil transportation services. The bids are to be mailed to the Educational Services Commission of Morris County, P.O. Box 1944, Morristown, NJ 07962-1944 or received at the office of Educational Services Commission of Morris County, 520 Speedwell Avenue, Suite 200, Morris Plains, New Jersey no later than 10:00 am prevailing time on the day of the bid, at which time, or as soon thereafter as possible, sealed bids will be opened and read aloud on:
Coordinated Pupil Transportation Bid

Specifications and full information regarding the routes and bid documents will be available 10 days prior to the bid date and may be obtained by calling 973-540-8844, ext. 29.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished by the Educational Services Commission of Morris County, as described in the bid document. Bids not submitted on such a form may be rejected. Bids shall be placed in sealed envelopes marked in a manner indicating bids are for student transportation services.
Bidders are required to comply with all State and Federal laws and with the policies and procedures of the local Board of Directors governing student transportation.
The Board of Directors of the Educational Services Commission of Morris County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
PLEASE NOTE: THE RESPONDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TIMELY DELIVERY OF BID PROPOSALS.
