BOROUGH OF CARTERET
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Borough of Carteret Planning Board at its August 27, 2025, public meeting, adopted a resolution granting the undersigned, TAG Development, LLC (the "Applicant"), preliminary and final site plan approval in connection with the proposed redevelopment of premises known as 237 Roosevelt Avenue in the Borough of Carteret, and shown on the Borough of Carteret Tax Maps as Block 402, Lots 11, 12, 24, and 25 (the "Property"). The property is located within the Roosevelt Avenue Redevelopment District 1 ("RARD1") and redevelopment is governed by the provisions of the Roosevelt Avenue Redevelopment Plan (the "Redevelopment Plan"). The applicant is redeveloping the Property with 144,992 gross square feet building, 148 parking spaces and other amenities and 37 parking space on ground level to accommodate uses permitted pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan with site improvements including paving, parking, site lighting, landscaping, and fencing.
Copies of the Resolution, application, plans and other supporting documents are available at www.carteret.net or on file in the Office of the Department of Planning and Zoning, located at the Municipal Building at 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, NJ, and are available there for inspection Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
