The following relief from Section 706.F.1 (iv) (side yard setback) is required: 3 feet to the existing shed (15 feet is required), 28.5 feet to the new addition (40 feet is required) and including all other variances and waivers that the Land Use Board of the Township of Tewksbury deems necessary. This property is located in the in the Highlands District and known as Block 33, Lot 15, located in the Township of Tewksbury situated at 87 Deer Hill Road, Lebanon, NJ 08833, which is within 200 feet of the property owned by you. Said application having been filed with the secretary of the Land Use Board of the Township of Tewksbury. A hearing on this application has been set for Wednesday, December 17 at 7:00 p.m. at 60 Water Street, Lebanon, (Mountainville) NJ, 08833.
