LEGAL NOTICE Bucks County will receive electronic bid responses until 11:30 AM on February 17, 2026, for: Bucks County Correctional Facility Chiller Replacement. A mandatory site visit will be held on January 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 1730 South Easton Road, Doylestown, PA. Bidders are notified all attendees must submit information to be prescreened prior to the meeting. A link to the solicitation may be found on the Purchasing page of the county website at www.buckscounty.org. A security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project.
