The Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio, will accept sealed bids on or before 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, FEBRUARY 3, 2026, for: AGGREGATE STONE / BITUMINOUS MIX / LIQUID ASPHALT FOR THE WAYNE COUNTY ENGINEER

All questions must be submitted via email to the individual named above. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received.
Bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their Proposal AND a complete copy of the Proposal on a USB in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked: BID FOR MATERIALS (WCEO). All forms provided in the ITB are to be completed in entirety. Any bid not received at or before 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, FEBRUARY 3, 2026 will be disqualified. Bids received on time will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Meeting Room (Upper Level) of the Wayne County Administration Building, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
