LEGAL NOTICE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY CHANCERY DIVISION, CAMDEN COUNTY DOCKET NO. SWC-F-12228-25 THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO: JOHN WESTLY SYKES, his heirs, devisees, or personal representatives, and his, her, their, or any of their successors in right, title and interest. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Parkside Business & Community in Partnership ("Plaintiff"), has filed a Complaint in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Camden County entitled Parkside Business & Community in Partnership v. John Westly Sykes, et al., Docket No. SWC-F-12228-25 seeking to foreclose that certain tax sale Certificate No. 91-1533, dated August 19, 1991, recorded November 14, 1992, in the Camden County Clerk's Office in Book 6095, Page 947, which encumbers the property located at 1481 Kenwood, Camden, NJ (the "Property"). Said Certificate was assigned to Plaintiff by that certain Assignment of Tax Certificate recorded March 18, 2022, in the Camden County Clerk's Office in Book 12024, Page 635. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 4:4-5, this Notice shall be considered service of process against JOHN WESTLY SYKES, his heirs, devisees, or personal representatives, and his, her, their, or any of their successors in right, title and interest. If you are JOHN WESTLY SYKES, his heirs, devisees, or personal representatives, and his, her, their, or any of their successors in right, title and interest, and dispute the Complaint, you must file a written answer or motion and proof of service with the Clerk of the Superior Court located at Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, NJ 08625, within thirty-five (35) days of publication of this Notice. A filing fee payable to the Treasurer, State of New Jersey and a completed Foreclosure Case Information Statement (available from the deputy clerk of the Superior Court) must accompany your answer or motion when it is filed. You must also send a copy of your answer or motion to Plaintiff's attorney Jerrold S. Kulback, Esq., Archer & Greiner, P.C. 1025 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043. A telephone call will not protect your rights; you must file and serve a written answer or motion (with fee of $175.00 and completed Foreclosure Case Information Statement) if you want the court to hear your defense.
