The agenda includes the approval of the minutes of the Regular BOC meeting held on November 18, 2025. Resolution 2026-01; A Resolution Affirming Compliance with the Open Meetings Act, and an Executive Session; Closed to the pursuant to §10-15-1 (H) (7) NMSA 1978 to discuss attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or pending litigation.
