LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO FILE RENDITION STATEMENTS AND PROPERTY REPORTS: To all persons owning or controlling as agents or otherwise, any personal or real property subject to appraisal by the Lubbock Central Appraisal District. I, Tim Radloff, Chief Appraiser/Administrator for said Lubbock Central Appraisal District pursuant to Section 22.21 and Section 22.23, Chapter 22; Texas Property Tax Code, give notice on behalf of Lubbock Central Appraisal District to said owners and agents to file all rendition statements and property reports with the said Appraisal District on or before April 15, 2026, (the deadline is postponed to the next business day if it falls on a weekend or legal, state or national holiday) at 2109 Avenue Q, Post Office Box 10542, Lubbock, Texas 79408, telephone (806) 762-5000.
