Under the provisions of the Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws, 67-1- 1 et. seq., Mississippi Code of 1972. If granted a transfer from Clinton Blvd Wine and Liquor doing business as Clinton Blvd Wine and Liquor who is operating at 5310 Clinton Blvd, Jackson MS 39209, I propose to operate under the trade name of Wine & Liquor at 5310 Clinton Blvd, Jackson MS 39209 of HINDS County.
