Equitably distributing the property of the marriage which is the subject of this divorce action between the parties. The property that plaintiff requests be distributed includes the following: a. The parties have divided their personal assets and each may keep whatever he or she has in his or her own name or possession free of any claim of interest by the other. Any and all property has been distributed. b. The parties shall retain whatever vehicle they may have in their possession free and clear of any claim of interest by the other. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that plaintiff is seeking judgment N/A Compelling the defendant to pay child support for the minor child(ren) of the marriage in the amount of $_____________.
