PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on MARCH 16, 2026, the above referenced matter will be heard before the Honorable Andrea J. Sullivan J.S.C. at 9:00AM, in the Middlesex County Superior Court, at 120 New Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the plaintiff is seeking Judgment:
1. Equitably distributing the property of the marriage which is the subject of this divorce action between the parties. The property that plaintiff requests be distributed includes the following:
a. The parties have divided their personal assets and each may keep whatever he or she has in his or her own name or possession free of any claim of interest by the other. Any and all property has been distributed.
b. The parties shall retain whatever vehicle they may have in their possession free and clear of any claim of interest by the other.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that plaintiff is seeking judgment
N/A Compelling the defendant to pay child support for the minor child(ren) of the marriage in the amount of $_____________.
XX Each party shall waive any right which they may have from the other party to seek alimony as a result of this marriage.
N/A Compelling the defendant to maintain a life insurance policy on __ life naming the child(ren) as irrevocable beneficiary(ies) and plaintiff as trustee.
XX Each party shall be responsible and will continue to be responsible for their own medical, dental, prescription drugs, eyeglass expenses and hospitalization insurance and automobile insurance.
N/A Compelling the defendant to maintain full health insurance, including dental insurance for the benefit of the child(ren.)
N/A Compelling the defendant to be liable for future, medical, dental, prescription drugs, and eyeglass expenses for the minor child(ren) that are not otherwise covered by under the defendant's health insurance policy, Medicaid, or other healthcare program.
XXX The parties will be responsible for their own debts incurred by them, including, but not limited to any and all medical expenses incurred from July 2, 2025.
This notice has been filed with the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Middlesex County. This notice may be examined by the defendant in this action during normal business hours at the Family Division Manager's Office of the Superior Court located at 120 New Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
