Chick-fil-A, Inc. is submitting a NOI letter to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CGSP) to discharge storm water from construction activities. In addition to the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4), runoff for the project will discharge into Clarks Creek. Project is located at 6102 Cambridge Way, Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana for the purpose of constructing a new Chick-fil-A restaurant.
