An application requesting development approval has been filed by Michal Kubisiak for 45 Roosevelt Blvd., Parlin NJ 08859; Block No.: 359 Lot No.: 121-124 The applicant seeks the following: Proposed 7'x9' front foyer addition encroaches front yard setback R-5 Zone 20' min and 13' proposed. The applicant may also seek any such other variances and waivers that may be required. The Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing on the application to be held on March 25, 2026 at 7:30 pm in Borough Hall.
