NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following:
#26-17: The Christian & Meghan Enwright Revocable Trust: The Petitioner is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with § 305-9.02 and § 305-10.12 of the Marshfield Municipal Code to allow for the demolition of the existing nonconforming single-family dwelling and the existing nonconforming residential accessory building and reconstruct a new 24' x 52' single-family dwelling and associated decks and egress stairs with a new nonconforming 6' x 22' extension into the side yard setback where the nonconforming accessory building is currently located on the property located at 30 Ninth Road, which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel L10-15-05 and is located in the R-3 Zoning District and the Floodplain Zoning Overlay District.
