TAKE NOTICE that SOLOMON & MERCY AIFUWA have applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Edison for bulk variances sought to build a car garage attached to side of the house with variances in the following areas: (1) Required- front yard setback of 25 feet, proposed- 23.2 feet [Section 37-63(4)]; (2) Required- one side yard setback of 12 feet;
Proposed- 6.37 feet [Section 37-63(5)], and (3) Required- both side yards setback of 18 feet; Proposed- 12.31 feet [Section 37-63(6)], and any other variances necessary per said application.

Located as Block 787 Lot 21 on the property known as 95 Bernard Ave, Edison, NJ 08837. A public hearing on said application will be held on Tuesday evening, March 31, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison, and when the calendar is called, you may appear in person or by attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this variation. If you do not have any objections, you do not have to attend this hearing.
A copy of the proposed plans and application are on file in the Zoning Office for public review during normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
