LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids for constructing the Sand Run Metro Park – Parkway Paving and Drainage project located in Akron, Ohio 44313 will be received by the Summit Metro Parks, 975 Treaty Line Road, Akron, Ohio 44313, until 2 p.m. (Eastern Time) Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Plans and specifications may be obtained from SE Blueprint at 520 S. Main St. Suite 2411, Akron (330-376-1689). Plans can be viewed on-line at www.seblueprint.com. Bidders are responsible for all printing and reproduction costs. Bids must be sealed in an opaque envelope marked "Parkway Paving and Drainage". The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. There will be no pre-bid meeting.
