LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the MID-BAY BRIDGE AUTHORITY will be held on Thursday, the 19th day of March 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at Niceville City Hall, 208 North Partin Drive, Niceville, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Authority, with respect to any matter considered, they will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Persons with disabilities who need an accommodation to participate in the meeting of the Mid-Bay Bridge Authority should contact the Mid-Bay Bridge Authority office by mail at PO Box 5037, Niceville, FL 32578-5037, by phone at 850-897-1428, or by e-mail at staff@mid-bay.com, in advance as possible but preferably at least five working days before the date of the meeting.
