LEGAL NOTICE The Tioga County Commissioner of Public Works will receive sealed proposals at the County Highway Office at the Highway Garage, 477 Route 96, Owego, N.Y. 13827 until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 2, 2026, covering the proposed purchase of: Aggregate Processing Bituminous Concrete Non-Capital Paving Projects Granular Fill (Bank Run Gravel) Coarse Aggregate Crusher Run Gravel Guide Rail Vegetation Control Hauling Bituminous Concrete Liquid Calcium Chloride Signs Tires It is understood that all Towns and Villages within Tioga County, New York, may participate in the awarded bid price by dealing directly with the low bid contractor.
