LEGAL NOTICE The City of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is issuing a Request for Statements of Qualifications ("RFQ") to solicit proposals for the administration and management of the HOPE Initiative Summer Jobs Program to provide youth training and employment opportunities. The RFQ contains specific instructions related to the submittal process, as well as a general scope of services, firm qualification, and proposal requirements.
