San Pedro St., Las Cruces, NM, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. in the MVPHA Board meeting room. The agenda includes the approval of the minutes of the Regular BOC meeting held on February 17, 2026, and the minutes of the Special Closed BOC Meeting held on March 11, 2026. Resolution 2026-02; A Resolution approving the submission of the Annual PHA plan and the Capital Fund Program for FY 2026. Resolution 2026-03; A Resolution approving the award of the Independent Audit Contract for FY 2026, and Resolution 2026-04; A Resolution approving the selection of the General Contractor.
