LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Ontario County Draft Local Solid Waste Management Plan (LSWMP) will be available for an additional public review and comment period for 45 days, beginning March 20, 2026 and ending May 4, 2026. The Draft Plan may be viewed at https://bandl.mysocialpinpoint.com/ontario-county-lswmp, or in person at the Clerk of the Board's Office, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424, during regular business hours. Written comments may be submitted by mail to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424, or by email through the comment box on the website listed above. A public presentation of the Draft LSWMP and opportunity to comment will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:00pm, at the Phelps Community Center, 8 Banta Street, Phelps, NY 14532.
