Ralph Carter whose last place of residence/business is 506 Mill Street, Utica, OH 43080, and 4310 Marion Rd NW, Utica, OH 43080, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ralph Carter whose last places of residence/business are 506 Mill Street, Utica, OH 43080, and 4310 Marion Rd NW, Utica, OH 43080 but whose present places of residence/business are unknown will take notice that on February 4, 2026 Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 2026CV00205 in the Court of Common Pleas Licking County, 1 Courthouse Square, 2nd Floor
Newark, Ohio 43055, alleging that the Defendant(s) Ralph Carter, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ralph Carter have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Permanent Parcel Number: 077-356880-00.001; Property Address: 506 Mill Street, Utica, OH 43080. The legal description may be obtained from the Licking County Auditor at 20 South Second Street, Newark, Ohio 43055, 740-670-5040.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
