
LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Mansfield, Ohio is seeking federal funds in coordination with the Ohio Department of Transportation, to construct a signal with improvements to crosswalk/pedestrian visibility, skid resistance on the asphalt pavement, new curb ramps, and the addition of a high visibility crosswalk on the east side of the intersection.
The City is seeking public involvement and information related to the project and anticipates awarding a contract in the summer of 2028. Public involvement will be in the form of a survey that can be found on our Park Avenue West & Trimble Road Signal Replacement page by following the link provided down below.
Limited Right of Way through the means of a Standard Highway Easement will be obtained on an as needed basis from the Property Owners. The Federal Uniform Act for property acquisition will be followed as the City moves to purchase any necessary Right of Way. If right-of-way acquisition is needed from your property, a real estate representative will reach out to you individually.
The City is seeking all applicable environmental permits to construct the project.
