LEGAL NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned will make an application to the Land Use Board of the Town of Newton for the following relief, Pursuit NJSA 40:55D-70d(1) and (2) to allow a use extending the existing building in the front yard, being a steel roof structure attached to the existing structure as well as the installation of a soft roof structure with a concrete base to cover and store, dumpsters, plows, salters and other equipment located in this area of the front of the property. Further, the applicant pursuant to NJSA 40:55B-46 and 50 is requesting preliminary and final site plan approval by this Board as well as any additional variance relief pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(c) ancillary relief allowed under this part of the statute which meets the scope and intent of the application as to the constraints of the property which is located at: 153 Woodside Avenue., Town of Newton, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, 07860 also known as Block 16.02, Lot 4, as shown on the Town of Newton Tax Map.
A public hearing will be held on May 20th, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Newton Municipal Building, Council Chambers, located at 39 Trinity Street, Newton, NJ 07860. All persons interested in said hearing may be heard at the above time and place. Maps and documents for which approval is sought at the hearing will be on file and available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing during normal business hours in the office of the Land Use Board Administrator.
