LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 89 FORGE LANE In accordance with the Town of Marshfield Local Initiative Project Policy adopted by the Marshfield Select Board, the Planning Board will hold a remote (ZOOM) Public Hearing on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 7:05 PM to consider and hear comments on the application by 89 Forge Lane, LLC, 1165 Washington St, Hanover, MA 02339 for the development of a 32-unit 40B Local Initiative Program (LIP) Project under MGL Chapter 40B, Sections 20-23, 760 CMR 56.00. The applicant seeks a recommendation from the Planning Board for a LIP endorsement of the project. The land is located at 89 Forge Lane and is further identified on the Marshfield Assessors' Map as Parcel F16-01-22. The remote hearing will be on ZOOM, the link to attend the meeting will be posted on the Town of Marshfield, MA website calendar at least 48 hours before the meeting. The meeting will be hosted from the Planning Board office at Town Hall, 870 Moraine Street. A copy of the plan and application is on file at the Planning Board office and may be inspected during regular business hours.
