NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
TOWNSHIP OF BRICK
PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Brick Township Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey 08723, a public meeting will be held by the Brick Township Planning Board ("Board") for minor site plan and variance approvals (Sec. 245-212.5.C.4: impervious coverage – 60% maximum, 71.4% proposed; Sec. 245-311.J: parking stall dimensions – 10' x 18' required, 9' x 18' proposed; Sec. 245-212.5.g.1: buffer to residential use – 25 ft. minimum, 5 ft. proposed for EVSE equipment; Sec. 245-314.C.5.a.1: number of wall signs – one sign maximum, one wall sign existing, three signs proposed for canopy; Sec. 245-311.1-311.7: relief from EV ordinance requirements regarding pavement striping and curbing color and EV vehicle only parking signs) and such other variances, relief and/or waivers that may be required upon an analysis of the plans and testimony at the public meeting on the Application submitted by the Applicant, iONNA LLC, for the property located at 383 Drum Point Road (Wawa), Block 321, Lots 11.01 & 11.02 on the Tax Map of Brick Township ("Property"). The Applicant is proposing to install a canopy, 4 electric vehicle ("EV") charging stations with 8 EV charging parking spaces, an electric transformer, power distribution equipment ("switchgear"), and related site improvements such as lighting, landscaping, and signage at the existing Wawa. The Property is located in the VZ (Village Zone).
All documents related to this Application, including the Minor Site Plan for Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, prepared by Kimley-Horn, are on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Planning Board Secretary, Brick Township Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey 08723, between the hours of 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
