HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following:
#26-30: Alexi Realty, LLC – The Petitioner is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with §§ 305-9.02 and 305-10.12 and Site Plan Approval in accordance with § 305-12.02 of the Marshfield Municipal Code to allow for the existing nonconforming mixed-use building currently comprised of two (2) business establishments utilizing 3,266 sf of office space for Retail and Service Use #14, a. and one (1) residential 1,214 sf 2-bedroom dwelling unit to be altered and the nonconforming uses extended throughout the altered space into one (1) business establishment utilizing 962 sf of office space for Retail and Service Use #14, a. and three (3) residential 2-bedroom dwelling units utilizing 2,304 sf of habitable space contained within the existing nonconforming building on the property located at 2036 Ocean Street, which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel G08-06-02A and is located in the B-2 Zoning District.
