LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: #26-33: Town of Marshfield Airport Commission – The Petitioner is seeking an appeal in accordance with § 305-10.09, F. of the Marshfield Municipal code to reverse the Building Commissioner's Notice of Violation and order dated April 27, 2026 alleging that the required screening and buffer strip between a Business-Zoned property and the adjoining residential district had been removed, that applicable permits and approvals issued by the Town of Marshfield had not been complied with, and that alteration of topography had occurred that may result in increased runoff or drainage to the detriment of other property owners or the Town in accordance with § 305-10.09, F. on the property located at 93 Old Colony Road, which is further identified on the Assessor's Maps as being on parcel K09-03-03A and is located in the A Zoning District the R-2 Zoning District, the R-3 Zoning District, the Coastal Wetlands Overlay District, and the Floodplain Overlay District.
